iGaging AngleCube 3rd Gen – 3 in 1 Digital Sensor Level + Bevel + Tilt Gauge
This is the 3rd Gen Anglecube, it now comes with a IP54 rating, rechargeable internal battery via MicroUSB cable(supplied), and can do data output if you have the data kit.
This iGaging AngleCube takes the guesswork out of setting up those critical bevel cuts on your table saw and bandsaw, with 2 magnets on the base, 2 on the right side, and 2 on the left it can stick to either your table saw blade, or the base of your bandsaw as you tilt the base, if your bandsaw base is not made of cast iron, you could still lightly clamp or hold it with your fingers as you adjust.
A drill press base that can be tilted would also work well and if you had a router table with bevel adjustment, you could add some kind of flat metal reference and the iGaging Angle Cube could measure the angle precisely. Other uses for this would be levelling furniture, wall hanging paintings/mirrors, and setting the right angle when sharpening your chisels, knives and planer blades.
Just set the iGaging AngleCube on a flat reference surface, press the ZERO button to calibrate the display then attach it to the saw blade, fence, base, etc. and precisely adjust to the desired angle, if you turn the Angle Cube 180 degrees, the display will flip and continue to measure, so you don’t need to read upside down. The AngleCube offers 0.2 degree accuracy with a resolution of 0.05 degrees at a range of 90 degrees. The large LCD screen makes it easy to read while strong magnets hold the unit to any steel or cast iron surface. Spare battery included, measures 60mm x 60mm x 35mm.
